I'm not a consultant who only read about running a business. I've built them, run them, and sold them. That's what I bring when I walk into yours.

An operator, not a theorist.

Most business advice comes from people who never ran one. I spent years as the owner: making payroll, pushing back on suppliers, fixing what broke, carrying the weight when it got heavy. I know the difference between a clean spreadsheet and a real decision.

That's why I work on performance. I can find the money in an owner-led business because I've found it in my own, more than once. If I can't, you don't pay, and I'd rather say so early than bill you to find out.
